MANILA, Philippines – Kapuso young actor Sandro Muhlach formally filed a complaint against GMA contractor Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz at the Department of Justice, Monday.

Sandro, together with his father, former child wonder Niño Muhlach charged the two with the crime of rape through sexual assault.

“Finally, umabot na kami sa araw na ito na we’re finally filing a case and onwards… syempre magkakaroon na ng mga court hearing and siguro soon makakamit rin namin ‘yung justice, which Sandro deserves,” the father told reporters.

“Parang nakaluwang-luwang sa dibdib dahil umabot na tayo sa araw na ito. Ambigat kasi nakikita mo ‘yung anak mo araw-araw na nagsa-suffer, di makakain, di makatulog,” he said.

Nones and Cruz had earlier denied having sexually abused Sandro. In a statement they read before the hearing of the Senate committee on public information and mass media, the two got emotional as they refuted all claims of the Muhlach family.

“Bakla kami oo pero hindi kami mga abuser, bakla kami oo pero hindi kami gumagawa ng masama sa kapwa, bakla kami oo at may takot po kami sa Diyos,” Nones said.

“Kay Sandro, wala kaming ginawang masama sa’yo at alam mo ‘yan sa puso mo,” Nones said.
