MANILA, Philippines – GMA Network released an official statement Tuesday about an alleged incident that has now gone viral regarding independent contractors who sexually abused a talent of the network.
Without going into specifics, the network said they will be conducting a “thorough and impartial investigation” on the matter. They also assured the public that the network takes the issue seriously.

The statement came out after rumors of a Kapuso talent having been sexually abused by two network executives after the recently held GMA Gala 2024 went viral.
Shortly after, some reports said the young actor came from a prominent showbiz family. Netizens were then quick to conclude that the Kapuso talent allegedly abused is Sandro Muhlach, son of former child actor Niño Muhlach.
