MANILA, Philippines – ACTOR Niño Muhlach said he would speak about the alleged sexual abuse to his son, Sparkle GMA Artist Center talent Sandro, once the family secures a criminal case against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, the independent contractors named by the network.

And though these allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event, we would like to reserve the right to respond in a proper forum when we receive the copy of the formal complaint,” Garduque said as likewise reported on “24 Oras.”

“For the meantime we urge the public to respect the investigation being conducted on this case and we advise people who have no personal knowledge of the incident to refrain from posting baseless defamatory allegations and therefore unfairly subjecting both parties to public trial,” Gardue said.

In a statement, GMA said it has  already received the copy of Sandro’s formal complaint against the two accused and that it has conducted its own investigation prior to the receipt of the complaint.

The network said the management will not speak about the issue until the full investigation concludes as a respect to Sandro’s request for confidentiality.
