MANILA, Philippines – Now that champion Filipino gymnast Carlos Yulo is officially a multi-millionaire, the two-time Olympic gold medalist shared what he intends to do with his money. 

“I’m gonna save it and invest also, I’m not forever athlete po. I have to take care of my personal life also, balance it also,” he said in an interview with Diane Castillejo of ABS-CBN. 

“Of course share it sa mga bata po na gusto mag gymnast,” he said. 

Following his historic victory at the Paris Olympics 2024, overwhelming prizes and incentives await Yulo. 

He is expected to receive P10 million from the National Athletes and Coaches Benefits and Incentives Act, P6 million from the House of Representatives and another P3 million from Megaworld Corporation. 

He is also getting a luxury, fully furnished condominium worth P32 million and a lifetime access to Vikings Luxury Buffet. 

Yulo won gold in the floor exercises and vault finals in the men’s artistic  gymnastics.
