True enough, video streaming platform TikTok is home to several influencers who are now taking the space of the entertainment industry due to their skits and content that make viewers laugh and giddy

Miss Catering

Miss Catering began to make waves after her video talking to a foreigner went viral. She was named “Catering” after saying she was “catering” to her mother instead of “caring.” Several social media users also followed her journey to becoming a brand ambassador after viewers lobbied the content creator to other brands. 

She is also known for creating mash-up songs that will surely make everyone laugh.

Queen Dura

Queen Dura was also a content creator who rose to fame at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Chronically online users know that Queen Dura was an online seller who became famous for her marketing stunts along with her friends “Sesable” and “Ernalyn” who also became content creators after their Facebook live selling went viral.

Most of Queen Dura’s content revolve around puns and coining different terms including “doon sa far away,” “parang hindi ka nag-grade two, “gew,” and “parang hindi nagti-think ng right,” among others.

Jenny

Known for selling tissues online, Jenny Chua recently made strides in the popular media scene at the height of the “Alice Guo” case. Viewers flocked to her live videos while selling and asked if she was a spy.

She was famously known for her live video where he told viewers  “Hindi ako spy dito sa Pinas, tinda lang ako tissue, sabi nila spy daw ako hanapbuhay lang ako dito.”

The Philippine-based Chinese now holds nearly 2 million followers and now makes content with Queen Dura and other famous content creators.

Perlas

Also an alleged “spy,” half Filipino and Black American Perlas also became popular alongside Jenny after fans told her she was a spy in the thick of investigations to now-suspended Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Guo.

People poked fun at her for saying she has a complete set of identification cards and documents which she showed during a live streaming to prove she’s not a spy.

Right now, Perlas does collaborations with other content creators and most of them are funny skits.

Fhukerat

Recently, these influencers appeared together in a single frame—an event long awaited by their supporters. True to expectations, clips from their live videos are now easing viewers’ daily burdens, and their collaborations have piqued interest among viewers curious about their online fame.
