It’s been a year for Mr. and Mrs. Arjo Atayde.
Actress-TV host Maine Mendoza and husband, actor and Quezon City 1st District Representative Arjo Atayde marked their first wedding anniversary last July 28 by commemorating their dream-like Baguio wedding video.
On Instagram, both Maine and Arjo posted their wedding video with minimalist captions.
Maine wrote, “been a year.”
In another post, she simply said “happy anniversary.”
Among the scenes in the video was Maine being dolled for the wedding, a toy version of a very rare Toyota Land Cruiser she gave to Arjo as a wedding gift, the groom and her family getting ready, the wedding, the reception and everything behind-the-scenes.
The two exchanged vows in a very intimate but extravagant wedding in the picturesque city of pines on July 28, 2023.
The ceremony was held at the Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges Chapel exactly one year after their engagement, ten years after Maine’s cryptic “Arjo cutie” tweet that made everyone believe in the power of manifestation.
