MANILA, Philippines – THE Manila Police District has released a complete list of roads and their status as of Wednesday afternoon.
A close monitoring of Manila roads regarding flooded areas within the capital city is being done both for roads still passable or impassable as well as stranded commuters within MPD area of responsibility.
