MANILA, Philippines – A buy-bust operation Tuesday in Manila resulted in the arrest of an 11th grade student found to have been carrying over a million worth of shabu or crystal meth, according to the Manila Police District. The police said the suspect was intercepted by authorities along Barangay 463, Zone 46 in Sampaloc around 6:40 a.m. Seized from him were two small sachets containing the contraband as well as two large plastic sachets with suspected shabu weighing more or less 150 grams, amounting to P1,020,000.
