MANILA, Philippines – State weather bureau PAGASA said Wednesday that La Mesa dam in Quezon City is now overflowing after water levels reached 80.16 meters as of 5 a.m. According to PAGASA, low-lying areas along Tullahan River from Quezon City which includes Fairview, Forest Hills Subdivision, Quirino Highway, Santa Quiteria and San Bartolome are at risk of flooding.
