At about 9:27 p.m. on Sunday, Raxabago Tondo Police Station received a call that an abortion incident happened at the Tondo Medical Center last August 22. MANILA, Philippines – The combined wrath of Typhoon Enteng and southwest monsoon Habagat quickly raised water levels in Marikina River to 16.7 meters as of 11:55 a.m. prompting the local government to sound off its second alarm on Monday, September 2.
