MANILA, Philippines – Chickens in a commercial farm in Tarlac province tested positive for Bird Flu, the Philippine Egg Board Association (PEBA) said. PEBA president Francis Uyehara said the chickens were already sold prior to the discovery of the infection. “The chickens were being transported when they died. Joel Villanueva filed Senate Bill 2752, or the proposed Anti-POGO Act, following President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s order to ban all Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs).
